A Fort Myers man was arrested Wednesday for dealing drugs near a school.
Deputies say Robert D. Chapman, 36, sold detectives heroin at his home on Maples Avenue near Fort Myers Middle School.
More than 47 grams of heroin were seized, as well as $2,557.
Chapman is charged with possession of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, heroin sales within 1,000 feet of a school, and trafficking in heroin.
Chapman has been arrested 31 times in Lee County for a variety of narcotics, weapons, and assault related charges
